Children's training in Grünsfeld and Wertheim-Urphar combines movement with assertiveness, boundaries and respect. Children practise saying stop, asking for help and treating others attentively.

What you practise
Wolfinis is for ages 3–5, BJJ Kids for ages 6–9 and BJJ Teens for ages 10–13. Exercises and partner tasks are adapted to age. The focus is learning together and preventing violence, not guaranteeing protection.

Can I start without experience?
Yes. Tell us your goals and previous experience. Together we can discuss the right group and training location for your first visit. You do not need to have decided on a long-term training path before contacting us.
Do young children train with adults?
Children's and teenage programmes have their own age-appropriate groups. Tell us your child's age so we can discuss the right starting point.
How do I arrange a trial session?
Use the full contact form and select your programme and preferred location. Our team will discuss the next steps with you. A preferred date is a request, not a confirmed booking.
Are classes taught in Russian or Ukrainian?
Our Russian and Ukrainian pages explain the programmes. They do not promise instruction or personal support in those languages. Please discuss communication with us before your first visit.
