Yes. Tell us your goals and previous experience. Together we can discuss the right group and training location for your first visit. You do not need to have decided on a long-term training path before contacting us.
Is Functional Fitness offered in Grünsfeld?
No. The fitness location is Wertheim-Urphar. The regional guide therefore uses the distance to Wertheim-Urphar for fitness, even if Grünsfeld is closer.
How do I arrange a trial session?
