Boxing focuses on punches, footwork, distance, guard and pad work. Partner drills combine technical precision with awareness. Sparring is not the same as being put into an unprepared competitive fight.

Is dedicated boxing offered in Wertheim-Urphar?
No. Dedicated boxing is offered only in Grünsfeld. MMA and kickboxing / Muay Thai are different disciplines and do not change that location rule.
